My attempt to translate these proverbs into Yorùbá
Corrections are more than welcome!

Wisdom is wealth
Ọgbọ́n tó ọlá

Do not look where you fell, but where you slipped.
Má rí nibi tí o ti bẹ́ sílẹ̀, o rí nibi tí o ti kọsẹ̀

The mouth which eats does not talk
Ẹnu tí máa ń jẹ kọ́ sọ̀rọ̀

Wisdom is like a baobab tree; no one individual can embrace it.
Ọgbọ́n bí i igi baobab; ẹni kan kò lè gbàmọ́ra á

The wise create proverbs for fools to learn, not to repeat.
Àwọn ọlọgbon dá àwọn òwe fún aṣiwèrè kọ́, kọ̀ tun sọ

When you follow in the path of your father, you learn to walk like him.
Nigba tí o tẹ̀lẹ́ ní ọ̀nà bàbá rẹ, o máa kọ́ rìn bí i ẹ

Ma ku Mbôngi, ka matômbulawanga za ko.
