So President Traoré just chaired the Council of Ministers on October 16th that requires 5 years of uninterrupted residence in Burkina Faso to get permanent residence. He would need to make an exception to his own decree for ADDI members to get permanent residence. Based on this decree, I think we may need to reconvene another meeting.…
