Update on volunteer contact. Out of the 11 forwarded volunteer forms filled only 4 of them were valid. I sent a welcome letter to two of them.and Bateh will send the other two.

Update from me: I sent messages to Entries 1,2,5,6. Entry 9 submitted an Abstract, just wondering if he should be informed of the meeting on Saturday. My email was blocked from Entry 5. Entry 2 replied confirming attendance for tomorrow’s meeting. I will be travelling to CAR tomorrow, I will try to send a reminder to the volunteers again if I am able to have internet connection.
