Per our guidelines Scientific Committee Members are established academics (who may hold PhDs or other terminal degrees or otherwise be acknowledged experts in their fields) who have previous peer review experience.
Every abstract will undergo a double-blind peer review by the international Scientific Committee members within two weeks after the abstract submission deadline.

You are asking me to “adapt” this letter (change the name to fit these professionals) and send to them (the PhD’s and equivalents) from our base Presenter List?

Meda wo ase. I needs to ask them to be part of the scientific committee and what would be expected of them in terms of the reviews of abstracts. We would also look to them to select papers for publication at the close of the conference. We are yet to identify all those who will comprise the committee members, but I’m sure there will be some overlap between the committee and our presenter list.
