                  Non dairy yogurt/Oatmeal/buckwheat hot cereal with walnuts, granola, raisins and molasses Almond butter toast and fresh fruit

                  Purple skin yam, spinach w/onions and garlic, and red/yellow bell peppers
                  Salad with cucumber, chick peas, artichokes, carrots, and red/yellow bell peppers 
                  Cabbage mixed with kale and collards, fried plantain, quinoa and brown rice
                  Bean soup or lentil soup with spinach and carrots Soups I love soup. Baked potato spinach and sometimes a turkey burger. 
                  Root veggies stir fry red and yellow beets, fennel , onions, garlic and yellow potatoes 
                  Plenty of fresh fruits, raw veggies and water

                      I’m trying to learn how to eat in season fruits n veggies.  I love my summer fruits mango, limes, papaya, pineapple, cherries, plums, oranges, grapefruit, watermelon, blueberries, avocados.  In the winter I sometimes also eat dried fruit and nuts. Also, great for breakfast fruit/veggies smoothies.
