About the Festival:

ÌBÀ MUSIC FESTIVAL was born in 2019 at the Little Carib Theatre in Woodbrook, Port of Spain in the twin island Republic of Trinidad and Tobago. Founded by Allison Bernard herself a performance Artiste and known in the Arts as Empress Ajé, ÌBÀ which means to give honor and praise, was used to coin the festival’s name as the objective of this event is to celebrate the Ancestors as well as the Divine Feminine Energy of the Universe, through the performing Arts.

This Spiritually charged concert type event showcases different genres of music as well as different cultures of Abibiman and its diaspora. The occasion also caters for artisans who are given a space and opportunity to vend their crafts.
