Description: Depending on which side you take, there’s massive “scientific” information justifying why humans should OR should not eat meat. In actuality, both sides have advantages, as well as challenges. With the persistently high percentage of Afrikans who are still succumbing to certain physical diseases, it’s time to get an update on the information surrounding one of the purported contributing culprits- MEAT. This Seminar will present current information which will update proponents of both sides.

Objectives:
1. To provide some foundational health information on meat to strengthen the
participant’s knowledge base.
2. To provide actual healthy meat choice options to supplement or replace one’s
current nutritional regimen.
