Abibitumi Fitness Challenge 4 years ago · Today I did a 30-minute tabata cardio workout… this workout was no joke! I definitely had to follow up with a 5-minute stretch. A leg massage would be great right now because I need it!!!!

Abibitumi Fitness Challenge 4 years ago · Today, I showed up with a simple 10-minute fat burn workout. For the first time, I’ve been able to do a full burpee!! Eight of them to be precise.. This marks a milestone for me because burpees and planks were the exercise moves that I struggle with the most. Today is a good day!
