Today, I showed up with a simple 10-minute fat burn workout. For the first time, I’ve been able to do a full burpee!! Eight of them to be precise.. This marks a milestone for me because burpees and planks were the exercise moves that I struggle with the most. Today is a good day!

Started the week with an “appetizer” exercise: 12 minute abs and arms workout.
