My dream is to get to the point where I do hiking like this! Starting this Saturday, I will begin practicing by going to the local zoo. There are lots of walking paths and hills and ‘swing bridges’ to give me that ‘hiking’ practice. #AfrikaBound #FitnessBound #MaishaYaAfya healthy life

-60 squats
-30 forward lunges
-30 reverse lunges
-10 burpees
-5 minutes of stretchingFelt so good afterwards!

Abibitumi Fitness Challenge 4 years agoToday was supposed to be a rest day, but I decided to incorporate a light exercise. I am loving these “unstructured” workouts.
-200 boxer shuffles
-60 squats
-15 lunges

-100 jumping jacks
-40 forward lunges
-40 reverse lunges
-10 squats

Abibitumi Fitness Challenge 4 years agoI slipped, but I realized that I really, really missed exercising! It has become a part of me! So i got back to it. Only difference is now that its spring, all my workouts will be outside. Today’s routine was:
-100 jumping jacks
-45 forward lunges
-15 reverse lunges
-30 squats
-10 minutes of jump rope (the handles of the jump rope are 5 lbs each) - Load More
