Abibitumi Fitness Challenge 4 years ago · I got comfortable from taking a few rest days, but I had to remind myself that exercising is for a better Makiya. So today I did a 17 minute belly fat workout! Now I’m treating myself to “dessert” which is baby spinach, tomatoes, salt and lemon juice.

Abibitumi Fitness Challenge 4 years ago · I resumed my week with a 10 minute belly fat and thigh exercise, followed by a 5 minute stretch and cool-down.
I prefer to begin the week with a shorter workout; it encourages me to look forward to exercising versus starting out with a 30-45 minute exercise that will eventually lead to burn out. Just my thoughts.

Abibitumi Fitness Challenge 4 years ago · I considered relaxing today.. but I’ve noticed that exercising helps me to keep up with my hectic and draining schedule. So, today I did a 30 minute 6×6 Tabata cardio workout. My workout week is over!
