So my June fitness goal is to jump my height
Goal: 1.) jump my height (55”) & 2.) do 10 pull ups.
Method: Building up leg strength and arm strength.
Current standing: jumping 30” / 3 pull ups at 7 feet high-

I’ve been burning between 1,000- 1,200 calories a day just on circuit training and boxing. What’s cool about circuit training is I can now include my kids without them annoying me when I exercise.
