African Deep Thought: Following the ways of our ancestors a year agoMy Classical African Literature class just concluded with an epic proverb battle. While I have been teaching African thought for over a decade using proverbs, this was the first time that I held a battle. It went well. The students demonstrated a good degree of mastery.
