mAaty akA – Science, Technology, Engineering & Mathematics is a group for the sharing, analysis, and discussion of information associated with the interdisciplinary field of STEM and it’s application to Afrikan Liberation and the Reconstruction of Sustainable Afrikan Military, Political and Economic Power. Subjects concerned include (1) Ilmin Kimiyya [H]: Science or Natural science which is focused on the description, prediction, and comprehension of natural phenomena, based on empirical and or theoretical evidence derived from observation, intuition and experimentation. Disciplines – Astronomy, Biology, Physics, Earth Science & Chemistry. (2) Uhandisi [K]: Engineering or the application of scientific principles to design and build mechanical contrivances, structures, and other complex assemblies, including dams, bridges, tunnels, roads, conveyances, and buildings. Disciplines: Civil, Mechanical, Electrical and Chemical Engineering. (3) Fasaha [H]: Technology or the sum of the techniques, skills, methods, and processes used in the production of goods or services or in the accomplishment of objectives. Types: Mechanical, Electrical, Medical, Communications, Industrial and Manufacturing. (4) Ilmin Lissafi [H]: Mathematics or the study of order, probability, symmetry, limitation, quantity, structure, space, and change or transformation. Through its use we seek out patterns to formulate understanding, devise new conjectures and we resolve the truth or falsity of conjectures by mathematical proof. Disciplines: Algebra, Geometry, Trigonometry and Calculus or the science of the rate of change.
