Nana Leonard P. Howell was a member of the UNIA & met Nana Marcus Garvey while in ny. He was also jailed for being involved & apart of d UNIA. He stood up against d colonials & their puppets that were used to control d Afrikans in Jamaica. He was deported from d united snakes back to Jamaica where he started up d Rasta movement dat taught Afrikans in Jamaica about their true identity & their connection to Earth/Nature & living in harmony with each other & Earth( Ital). He spoke & fought against elizawretch & britian Imperialism. They placed him in mad house(asylum) for some statements he made against d colonials & projecting a Afrikan/Black movement. He never liked politricks & government. He spoke out against bustamante & manely (btw who were offsprings from d colonizers)d political puppets of d day. These same children of our colonial enemies, were d same ones who took liberty hall from Nana Marcus Garvey, a space he had and kept meetings & such after he was deported also from d united snakes. Nana Marcus Garvey created a political party in Jamaica but it was hijacked & undermined by d puppets & their followers, they never stopped until they drove him out of d island, dats y he ended up a england.
