      For my break-fast I had melons since they are coming into season here in AZ (yep it’s already hot out here lol). I don’t play with my melons lol, my Man and I usually split a full sized one in half and I can eat that and another small melon and be good for the morning! Melons are my favorite way to hydrate because water from fruits is the purest you can get! Not to mention all the nutrients e.g. beta carotenoids, essential fats from the seeds, and electrolytes. For those of you working out hardcore, I recommend you try watermelon or the juice as a post our pre-workout energy drink. Coconut water is good too but watermelon will give you more fructose/carbs/sugar to replenish you. Try it out!
