Reality Check: Prof. James Small Speaks on Capitalist America’s Anti-Afrikan Culture (2021)
We’ve got 60-to-70 million people who have been under terrorist attack for 400 years and not one of our (Afrikan) governments said, ‘wait a minute America! Those are our people’! As if, in coming here 100 years ago, we lost our race, but if we came six months ago we’re still Afrikan.
The competition to the patriarchal ‘white male’ society, especially in places like America, Britain, France and so forth, is the Afrikan man. He knows that given the opportunity, we soar. So, how do you check your competition?
The way you check competition is to take away opportunities. You take away opportunities by denying access to education. When people are denied access to education, they’re unable to provide food, clothes and shelter for the family in the ‘normal’ way. So, people resort to crime and are put in prison. And, the cycle repeats.
Over the last two years, 90% of the ‘black men and women’ killed by police in America have been unarmed and none were involved in a criminal act. They were stopped for things like speeding tickets.
Police don’t shoot the criminals. They have a relationship with them. They know them by first names in the community. The people they are killing are not from the criminal element in our community. They’re killing our every day working class people. That puts terror in the hearts of the community.
There is an anti-Afrikan culture in America. We call that racism but let’s call it what it is. This is an anti-Afrikan culture response we are seeing from the police towards Afrikan people. When you label it right, finding the answer becomes a lot easier.
You say its racism. What in the world is that? What is systemic racism? From the time we entered North America there has been anti-Afrikan terrorism played out against our population, men, women and children from the time we were put on those slave ships and it has not abated to this day.
Since George Floyd’s death the government of the United States has not passed one piece of legislation to reform the police departments. So, the government condones the anti-Afrikan behavior of the paramilitary instrument called the police. 4 years ago ·

Blackcellently stated.. Earlier today I was thinking about the lack of interest by a large portion of Afrikan leaders to create some type of pathway to citizenship for Black people in the amerikkkan diaspora. But yet they provide such advantages for eurasians who are only out to undermine us.
