Day 2 – 3 sets each of the following – pushups, pull-ups, dips, crunches and hand-stand pushups, followed by 10 minutes of yoga movements – short but sweet.

I took a few days off to let an injury completely heal. Today was a good day to get back in the groove with a nice, easy run – the snow had melted.
My goal is to workout 6 days per week, alternating days of cardio and calisthenics, then a nice easy walk on day 7.
