Just completed the 28 day body-weight-based home workout challenge! 1 set of 500 skips on the jump rope, 50 arm circles, 30 second shoulder stretch, 20 burpees, 30 knuckle push-ups, 20 push-ups with rotation, 20 diamond push-ups, 20 ananse push-ups, 30 knuckle push-ups, 20 push-ups with rotation, 30 decline push-ups, 20 diving push-ups, 20 diamond push-ups, 20 ananse push-ups, 30 seconds shoulder stretch, 30 seconds back bridge, 30 seconds chest stretch, 30 pull-ups back and front hand positions, 1 set of 500 skips on the jump rope, 15 minutes on the heavy bag with 16-oz. gloves. Get it in, get it in!

Abibisika (Black Gold) Points
Over the last 28 exercise days I did 459 workouts, burning 11,091 kcal while spending 561 minutes to do so. In terms of weight, I was 78.8 kg (173.72 lb) this morning. My fitness challenge start was 204.8 way back last year. I broke into the 160s back then, but the low 170s is definitely more sustainable since to actually maintain 160s requires me just about starving myself (basically smoothies only).
I feel stronger and I can see and feel the lean muscle. I’ve also maintained my stamina which certainly decreases with bulky muscle. I was able to work out muscles that I hadn’t focused on before due to innovative exercises as well as decrease fat stores on my front lower abdomen and sides. All-in-all, I feel happy with my results and I feel more disciplined in my workout regimen. I look forward to continuing my regimen for the next 28 days.

I always rounded up to at least the next highest multiple of 10 from the weird numbers that they recommended (like 12 of this, 14 of that). Those weird numbers that they recommend was my major critique of the app, but its a suggestion rather than a mandatory thing, so you can do as many as you want (or can). The diversity of exercises was great. My other major beef was the cartoon krakkka, but if you’re using something developed by a pale white eurasian, it’s going to put that thing in its own image. We want something different, we gotta develop it ourselves. Out!
