      1 set of 500 jumps on the jump rope, 50 jumping jacks, 30 abdominal crunches, 30 weighted Afrikan twists, 30 mountain climbers, 30 heel touches, 20 leg-to-body raises, 30 seconds plank, 30 abdominal crunches, 40 weighted Afrikan twists, 20 mountain climbers, 30 heel touches, 20 leg-to-body raises, 30 seconds plank, 30 seconds back bridge, 60 seconds spine lumbar twist right and left, 50 pull-ups front and back hand positions, 1 set of 500 jumps on the jump rope, 5-10 minutes on the heavy bag with 16 oz. gloves. 50 jumping jacks, 20 bare-knuckle incline push ups, 20 bare-knuckle knee push-ups, 20 bare-knuckle push-ups, 20 wide arm bare-knuckle push-ups, 20 incline bare-knuckle push-ups, 20 box bare-knuckle push-ups, 20 wide arm bare-knuckle push-ups, 20 diving push-ups, 30 seconds back bridge, 30 seconds chest stretch.
