        Trying to find independent verification

        Short answer: No.

After searching Burkina Faso’s official government sites and mainstream French-language news, I found no official communiqué, decree, law, or press release that says Burkina Faso is granting permanent residency to ADDI members.

What the official record does show

The government acknowledged an ADDI delegation’s visit (26 Oct–8 Nov 2025) in the official Council of Ministers readout; it frames the visit around cultural ties and investment—not legal status.

The same Council readout was carried by state/para-state and mainstream outlets (AIB, LeFaso.net) with identical wording; again, no residency/citizenship language.

Throughout 2024–2025, government and major outlets covered various diaspora engagement activities (forums, appeals, volunteerism, AES passport rollout), but none mention conferring permanent residency to ADDI.

Earlier government coverage of ADDI (e.g., during SNC 2024) likewise contains no status grants—only meetings and messages.

If you want me to keep digging in specific channels (e.g., the Journal Officiel, ministry Facebook pages, or keyword sweeps in “carte de résident permanent / résidence permanente / droit au séjour” within SIG.gov.bf), I can do that too—but based on the above, there’s no written, official confirmation of permanent residency for ADDI members.
