The Prosper Act is essential to the funding of HBCUs. While there advocates in education that have been working with Congress to renew this act. I feel like the schools need to be more active in lobbying Congress. You have the adminstration, president, students, faculty, and alumnae have a vested interest and could serve to advocate for renewal of this act.
