I stopped working out last week, but I’m back on my grind spending an hr yesterday on the elliptical and 30 minutes this morning skipping ropes and hitting the heavy bag. Interestingly, I only gained a pound during that 1-week break, and the trick is eating 2xs a day. I hope to shake off 4 pounds by the end of this week.
