I’ve been burning between 1,000- 1,200 calories a day just on circuit training and boxing. What’s cool about circuit training is I can now include my kids without them annoying me when I exercise.
Sample Circuit Training 3xs
– Freestyle on the heavy bag for 2 minutes
– Jump rope 2 minutes
– Situps 2 minutes
– lateral shuffle 2 minutes
-bicep curls 2 minutes
– body squats 2 minutes
– Pushups – 2 minutes
