This afternoon I worked out with a brotha that was a power weightlifter back in the days.
I attempted to do some front squats unsuccessfully. However, I was able to do some cleans. According to the Brotha, I need to practice squatting to correct my hip alignment issues. Our routine consisted of,
Back ISO Lateral High Row 5 X 5
ISO lateral Front Pulldown 5 X 5
Angled Leg Press 5 X 5
Leg Curls 5 X 5
Vertical Chest Press 5 X 5Right now, I’m hungry, and a brotha has only grapes, grape tomatoes and a banana in my work fridge. Unfortunately, that’s my lunch until I get home because a brotha is too tired to go to the store.
