Yesterday, I spent the entire day (9 hrs) helping a black family move into my neighborhood. The family had a lot of stuff, and it was just the Husband, myself and a friend that lifted everything. I burnt at the minimum 2,800 calories that day. Although I’m still tired, the soul and body feel good. Good deed workouts!
