I recently downloaded Fitbod, an app that generates workouts and allows you to log your sets and tracks calories burned, etc. so far I love the app because every single exercise has challenged me. I’m definitely going to make good gains going forward.
Moreover, starting today I’m back to working out twice a day, in the early morning and afternoon.
This morning I did,
– Dumbbell crushers 4 x 15
– cable row 4 x 12
– Dumbbell row 3 x 10
– Dumbbell tricep extension 4 x 12
– Tricep overhead extensions 3 x 10
– Dumbbell stiffed legged deadlifts 3 x 10
– 100 tucked crunchesThis afternoon, I will probably hit the elliptical for 30 minutes. If I feel good this evening, I will lightly hit the bags.
