This morning workout,
Single leg glute bridge 4 x 12
Pushups 3 x 10
Dumbbell bicep curls 4 x 10
Machine Fly 2 x 10
Concentration curls 3 x 10
Bicycle crunch 4 x 44For breakfast I had a 32 oz carrot, hibiscus, ginger and banana smoothie.
After MDW NTR class, I’ll probably do 10 Rds of boxing on the bag.

Yup, usually the gloves start to get heavy in round 6.

I call myself the Beverage Queen. I love 💕 making smoothies, Teas, and Juices. I’ve been drinking a lot of Cucumber 🥒 water lately. It’s so hydrating…love it!
