Being a vegetarian for 47 years now (2020), my focus is always organic, alkaline foods make by God, not redesigned by man. So Dr. Sebi’s alkaline menu fits me well. Have never gotten off into his bottled suppliments however. Such works for me in the US and in the Homeland.
