Afrika has to be very careful of companies coming out from the Caribbean claiming they can do this and that, more often than not, they are tied to corrupt governments and rob others by the billions of dollars, except for when they themselves are not being robbed by bigger thieves. This unsavory character part of the minority community-based in Barbados, registered a company in St. Lucia Radical Investments Inc., claiming to be sourcing vaccines for island governments, now he filed a lawsuit in the Southern District Court of Florida claiming that an equally dishonest company robbed him 6.7 million dollars in his capacity as an agent for the Barbados government:

A Caribbean firm operated by Barbadian developer Mark Maloney that says it was hired by the Barbados Government to procure one million doses of a COVID-19 vaccine for the country’s population claims to have been swindled out of $6.7 million. It’s not clear from a complaint filed at federal court in the U.S. last week whether the amount originated from the Government or the company, Rational Investments Ltd.
