      Hello

Just wanted to introduce myself. I’m Ryan or Yedayah either is fine. I visited Ghana for the first time early last year (2023-2024) for Detty and the new year but the experience was far more than just partying. The people I met in a very short time, the memories, the experiences, and the relationships I established in that short trip has been a bright light for me ever since. Now I’m planning to move to Ghana permanently to help put my brick in building up the motherland because I believe Africa is the future and the best place for black peoples.

I’ll be back in Ghana later this year and looking forward to meeting you all.

Àṣẹ ooo. Káàbọ̀ (Welcome), I took my first trip to Ghana back in 2019. Had a great trip. I prefer Nigeria but had a great experience in both, but I still haven’t caught a December in either.

Have you been to any other countries?

          Greetings Yedayah,

I am so glad you stopped in on our Homeland. Ghana is beyond the ordinary. Out of the US, my first visit was for 6 weeks. My shortest stay in Africa, in my present lifetime. I’ve done a year’s stay, more than once.

Ghana is always my main focus, as decades ago, I traced my paternal ethnic group/extended-family and my maternal ethnic group/ extended-family both back to modern day Ghana. My Soul is from my maternal-side. Recently, less than 2 years ago, I ran up on one of my direct, maternal family members unknown in my birth village, Chicago. I found him via my Ghanaian barber, when I told my barber that I needed a Ghanaian doctor to get me ready to travel back home permanently. Ironically, his medical office was a forth of a block from the barbershop! Ancestors at work.

Enough about me, seniors are full of stories so true.

I wish you and your extended-families much success, as you travel internationally to find the deepest you within self.

Much Love to your bloodlines on 2 continents minimum and welcome to Abibitumi,

          Torgbui Reincarnated

PS: Africa is NOW! If all goes as planned, I should be in Ghana, by the Summer, permanently. May we see each other there? Gods willing.
