Grand Wednesday everyone! I trust you all are in excellent health! I am new to this community, therefore, I am introducing myself.

I am Ameer Naseer, an Inner Wealth Champion, Certified Plant-Based Nutritionist, Wellness Coach, Black Men’s Health Advocate, Artist, and creator of Afya Organic™, a preventive and proactive plant-based wholistic nutrition company. I am originally from Upstate Buffalo, New York but I currently reside in Decatur, GA. I am a firm advocate that a wholistic approach to one’s health that encompasses wholistic plant-based nutrition, exercise physiology, lifestyle medicine, and mind-body medicine (neuroscience) is most effective in sustaining optimal health. Also, I am currently completing graduate studies studying functional medicine, also referred to as “Root Cause” medicine, with a concentration in functional and integrative nutrition and emphasis in sports nutrition. My life’s philosophy that “Our Inner Wealth is the Overall State of our Wholistic Health,” was birthed after I studied abroad in Cape Town, South Africa. Ever since, I have been fulfilling my purpose in healing and wholistic health and wellness.
