The Construction of Black Civilization, Volume I is a major primary-source study by Ɔbenfo Ọbádélé Bakari Kambon on the classical Kmt(.y.w) ‘Black People’ origins of sḫm Km ‘Black Power’ “Pan-Afrikanism” and the Dikènga Theory of Self-Identification as Kmt(.y.w) ‘Black People.’

This work does not merely revisit the old question of whether the Kmt(.y.w) were Black. It begins from that premise and moves the discussion forward: What did they think, say, and do because they knew who they were?
