Monday I ate a gigantic heavy salad and had a veggie day. Tuesday I also ate well. Yesterday, I didn’t do anything Today I did a 10 minute ab workout and I’m about to have a nutrient drink.

Rested yesterday, jumped Black in today.
⭐️ I did only 10 minutes of a 30-minute full body fat burn + sculpt exercise, then did a couple stretches.
I stopped because i felt drained as there is a heat wave in nyc right now. Glad that i listened to my body because i could have passed out.
Until the heat wave subsides, i will do low-impact…
