Took a rest yesterday, Black to it today.
– 22 minute intermediate-level glute workout
– 7 minute shoulder tension relief stretches
My endurance is increasing because of slowly pushing myself. Excited for arm day tomorrow!

Decided to focus on stretching today:
-7 minute stretch focused on lower body
– 11 minute lower back stretches
– 11 minute stretches for neck and shoulder
Feeling flexible and my aches are gone!

Feeling rejuvented from today’s Blacknificent workout:
-17 minute dumbbell workout with 5 lbs/2.26 kg weights on each arm. In a couple weeks, i will upgrade to 7 lbs/3.17 kg
-4 minute HIIT tabata workout
-5 minutes of stretching
This headache was an effective & natural pain reducer for my migraine. Now, to rest.
