Today was arm day! I increased the weights from 5 lbs/2.26 kg to 7.5 lbs/3.4 kg on each arm.
– 4 sets of squat presses for 30 seconds each set
– 4 sets of plank-lunge row for 30 seconds each set
– 4 sets of deadlift-upright row for 30 seconds each set
– 4 sets of oblique twists while holding the dumbbell for 30 seconds each set
🔥 Lots of sweat…

Took a rest yesterday, Black to it today.
– 22 minute intermediate-level glute workout
– 7 minute shoulder tension relief stretches
My endurance is increasing because of slowly pushing myself. Excited for arm day tomorrow!

Decided to focus on stretching today:
-7 minute stretch focused on lower body
– 11 minute lower back stretches
– 11 minute stretches for neck and shoulder
Feeling flexible and my aches are gone!
