Abibitumi Fitness Challenge 8 years agoI just made two incredible smoothies for the day.
– Beets, Mango, apple and chia seed smoothie.
– Hibiscus, strawberries, ginger, blueberry, and dates.
I’ve effectively curbed coffee habit with hibiscus. I haven’t thought about coffee in two weeks despite having a coffee maker and a stock full of coffee in my office.
