Rare treat this morning! Exercising with my wife and 2/3 children.
Heavy bag work, working on form. 50 leg-to-full-body lifts, 10 x 2 bicep curls, 10 overhead barbell presses, 50 push-ups, and general capoeira stretching.2 Comments-

Single leg glute bridge 4 x 12
Pushups 3 x 10
Dumbbell bicep curls 4 x 10
Machine Fly 2 x 10
Concentration curls 3 x 10
Bicycle crunch 4 x 44For breakfast I had a 32 oz carrot, hibiscus, ginger and banana smoothie.
After MDW NTR class, I’ll probably do 10 Rds of boxing on the bag.

– Dumbbell fly 4 x 12
– Hammer curls 3 x 10
– Air Squats 4 x 10
– An rollout 3 x 15
– Vertical knee raise 3 x 22
– Ab twist 3 x 15I’m about to drink a carrot, ginger, and hibiscus smoothie and call it a night.

Abibitumi Fitness Challenge 8 years agoI recently downloaded Fitbod, an app that generates workouts and allows you to log your sets and tracks calories burned, etc. so far I love the app because every single exercise has challenged me. I’m definitely going to make good gains going forward.
