Our yoga instructor, Neter Aunkh, who gives certification classes for the yoga of Kmt, Tjef Sema Paut Neteru, has challenged his Basu (instructors) to a 365-day challenge. I am proud to say that I have not missed a day since Jan. 1, 2024.
