Mema wo adwo.. had a great 11-minute HIIT belly fat workout today. Movement is such great medicine; as usual, i went from feeling tired to fully rejuvenated.
P.s. “cobra” stretches are underrated.

Had to do some self-care after the usual plantation shenanigans:
– 11 minute cardio workout
– 9 minute upper body stretch (underrated)
Feeling much better, as usual.

Greetings! Glad to be in this space. I have started my fitness journey a little over a month ago and have been exercising 4-5x week and focusing on nutrition. Excited to share updates and progress!

Today I was feeling more tired than usual because of the cold weather, so i did a 9-minute knee pain relief stretch.. my legs are now thanking me. Don’t forget to stretch! As a treat, maybe do a 20-30 minute stretch session and you’ll feel much lighter afterwards.
