These past several days, i walked for 30 minutes each day since i had a longer work week.
Today i did a 6-minute ab workout followed by 11-minutes of lower back stretches. An unexpected benefit of those exercises is that my posture has improved.

Yesterday, i walked for 30 minutes. Today i did the following:
– walked for one hour
-3 sets of jumping jacks for 20 seconds each set
-3 sets of boxer shuffles for 20 seconds each set
-20 squats
-10 burpees; 5 modified, 5 regular
-30 seconds of mountain climbers

Today i did the following:
-30 minute walk home
-16 struggle burpees; still improving my form
– 2 sets of holding a plank position for 20 seconds each set
-1 minute of boxer shuffles

Today’s Blacktastic workout:
-2 sets of jumping jacks for 30 seconds each set
– 30 forward lunges
-30 backwards lunges
-46 squats
-10 burpees; 5 regular and 5 modified
– ended with a few minutes of stretching

I’ll be getting back to it this week. I’m feeling much better now…gotta keep everyting tight!

Today, i decided to take a break from workouts. Instead i did a 7-minute knee pain relief stretch. I am walking around with much more ease now.
