Today i did the following:
-30 minute walk home
-16 struggle burpees; still improving my form
– 2 sets of holding a plank position for 20 seconds each set
-1 minute of boxer shuffles

Today’s Blacktastic workout:
-2 sets of jumping jacks for 30 seconds each set
– 30 forward lunges
-30 backwards lunges
-46 squats
-10 burpees; 5 regular and 5 modified
– ended with a few minutes of stretching

I’ll be getting back to it this week. I’m feeling much better now…gotta keep everyting tight!

Today, i decided to take a break from workouts. Instead i did a 7-minute knee pain relief stretch. I am walking around with much more ease now.
Don’t forget to stretch!

– 30 minute walk home
– 9 minute cardio workout
– 7 minutes of stretching focusing on the shoulders
Movement is definitely therapy; i feel Blacktastic!

Yesterday i walked for 30 minutes. Today, i also walked for 30 minutes and did 10 burpees when i got home.
On days that i work, i prefer to keep the exercises short , and longer ones on my days off. this works for me, do what works for you.
