Yesterday i walked for 30 minutes. Today, i also walked for 30 minutes and did 10 burpees when i got home.
On days that i work, i prefer to keep the exercises short , and longer ones on my days off. this works for me, do what works for you.

Today, I did a light 6-minute fat-burn bodyweight workout, followed by an 8-minute upper body stretch.
I was feeling hopeless about life earlier, then my instincts told me to exercise for self-care. I feel much better now ✊🏿

Today i did a 6-minute ab workout. It comprised of 2 sets of the folkowing exercises (30 seconds each set): x-man crunches, russian twists, reverse crunches, and burpees.
I haven’t done an ab workout in several months so this hurt. But showing up was worth it ✊🏿

Today’s freestyle workout:
-3 sets of high knee taps (60 seconds continuously for each set)
-45 squats
-10 burpees
-30 forward lunges
Ended with some leg stretches. ✊🏿
