Blacktastic! Plus, with eating the fruits whole, you will be getting the fiber. Most of those “health concious” folk dont mention that fiber is lost in the juicing process

What will the next set be? After the 56th day?

I spent a month in Ghana and I didn’t workout one bit, but because the climate was a natural sauna for me I lost 12 lbs. I’m officially back on the elliptical and strength training to maintain this weight. Furthermore, less processed foods and more fruits and veggies.
