So, my weight loss goal was 185. I got there after 3 days of water fasting (though I had coconut water late into the third day). All the same, I reached my goal and I’m feeling great and seeing definition on the six pack peeking through.

Greetings Family, As some may know I was on a 21 day water cleanse. I started on October 1st and it ended this last Saturday, October 21st. It wasnt easy, especially while managing daily house duties with a household of 9 people, but Im Happy to say I lost 22lbs! My fitness journey isn’t over yet. But at least this part is complete.…
