Kmtyw (Black People) Spirituality 3 years agoThe Afrikan slaves held a huge Vodou ritual before they began their revolt. They were more successful than their African-American counterparts for they used the Vodou of their ancestors whereas African-American slaves generally relied on Eurocentric Christianity.
