At the National Association of Traditionalist and Ancestral Venerators (NATAV), we are committed to preserving, promoting, and celebrating the rich heritage of African traditional spiritual practices and ancestral veneration. Our association serves as a unifying platform for practitioners, scholars, and advocates from across the nation, all of whom share a deep respect for the wisdom and cultural traditions passed down through generations. VISION
We envision a society where African traditional spiritual values are not only preserved but are also respected and integrated into modern life. NATAV strives to create a harmonious coexistence between traditional beliefs and contemporary practices, ensuring that the wisdom of our ancestors remains a guiding light for future generations. Our mission is to foster a deeper understanding and appreciation of African traditional religions and ancestral practices. We are dedicated to ensuring that these beliefs are preserved and passed on to future generations while advocating for their recognition and respect in contemporary society. Our work is rooted in the belief that these spiritual practices are vital to our cultural identity and should be celebrated and honored.

What We Do

Cultural Preservation: NATAV is deeply committed to the preservation of African traditional spiritual practices.
