Very timely. Lot of us who were raised(I believe unintentionally) to assimilate into the system are living this out right now as we speak. My own plantation job, said to us negros on the plantation, “no jab, no job.” (punishment/negative reinforcement) “jabbed, then you can keep your job.” (rewards/positive reinforcement).
If only I knew the things back then that I know now, but what can I say? I was brainwashed.7 Comments-
Exactly, many of us AAs were raised to assimilate and view proximity to whiteness as the highest attainment in life. It was a trick and now we are seeing it first hand. You are so right, what we were taught in the West was that ‘village’ life was backwards and not ‘modern,’ but when 💩 hits the fan you always have a home. In the West we’re taught to get out of the house and get your own place which usually means renting or trying to pay off a life long MORTgage.

I wrote a lengthy exemption letter with factual information that I cited in it.One of those being that it is a violation of our human rights and very discriminatory something ‘they’ claim to be against. It’s also a violation of confidentiality because it divides btwn the ‘vaxxed’ and the ‘unvaxxed’ so ppl will know your business if you are or if you aren’t. It’s not giving a person the right to disclose if you want ppl knowing you are or you are not. All in all, I just really don’t want to get it, but like it or not, Im in the system and am a ‘working class’ person as of now. Sad, but true. But hopefully, I can pursue some business ideas I have, but until then I gotta work unfortunately. It is what it is.

I think if Crakkka Trump had gotten back in office he wouldnt have pushed for these mandates like Jim Crow Joe has done. Im no fan of neither, dont get me wrong, but Im pretty certain this wouldnt be happening if Trump had gotten back in. I didnt vote at all in the election, because all politicians are basically the same. As for going to 🇰🇪 via 🇹🇿 sounds like a plan. I suggested doing that to my ‘someone,’ but he didnt take that idea too well. He dont like Tanzanians. Anyway, bribing is an idea, but it would be just your luck you try to do it and come across some ‘goody toe shoes’ who want to ‘uphold’ the law. lolz So when you go, you are staying? Mine will be a transition trip and then Ill return hopefully to stay. You dont want to be in Kenya, especially Nairobi without money.

I want to stay and that is the plan, but I want to make I save enough and have streams of income flowing in. I don’t have an entire supportive family or generous ppl helping me out consistently, so I’m on my own trying to make this work. I’m trusting in divine guidance and ancestorly wisdom to get me to where I want to be. If I could link up with other repats for that extra added support when I’m on the ground in Kenya that would be great, but as it is there are no groups like that in Kenya now. I’d like to start one once I get there, but you know being raised in the SnaKKKes conditioned to think, act and do like wazungu makes you doubt you can make it. I just don’t want to go there for good only to end up back here in SnaKKKes. Hope I made sense.
