I use this book to promote community building(social emotional)skills in the classroom as well as respecting our elders,health, nutrition, science using the fruits in the book for activities like making fruit salads, smoothies, going to the city market to find the fruits, vegetables talking about farming, growing food(agriculture), learning Swahili words connected to the book etc. Because they are young early age learners I have to use methods to keep and maintain their interest. I do this by making activities hands on. Im sorry, I may have missed things, but I think the readers get the gist of what Im trying to say. Feel free to add books or join the group too.
