“To understand where we are at as a Race at this time, and to see clearly what we must do, it is necessary for us to look carefully at the maafa. In Bamana language maa – fa is the killing of humanity (divine and sacred Afrikan being). The term, then, is Race-specific. It refers to the concerted attempt to destroy Afrika and her people, and to the historical, geopolitical organization and phenomena which systematically and intentionally disrupts the continuity of Afrikan civilization for the purposes of continued control, domination, and exploitation.”
