@obadelekambon this is not the right place to post this, but I learned about this brother and his study of Africana fighting arts from the Africa World Now Podcast hosted by Dr. James Pope. Thought you’d find it useful.
Dr. Kamau Rashid is an Associate Professor of Educational Foundations and Inquiry at National-Louis University in Chicago.

@ajayrevels I’ve known @heru_djet for years and I’m quite familiar with his journey from eurasian martial arts to Afrikan=Black combat arts/sciences. In fact, I just had the chance to see how far he’s progressed a few days ago in an online workshop he held with Afrocentricity international. They may post the video of it soon if they haven’t already. Thanks for the link to this interview all the same!-
Asante sana.

@obadelekambon, I’d love to watch the video from the Afrocentricity International workshop. @heru_djet, really appreciate your work to share info on African stick fighting techniques. Fascinating also to hear about the 52 Blocks! It would be Blacktastic to see these techniques in person at some point.

You may want to discourage him from the term “martial” as it is derived from mars, the roman god of war. At any rate, sounds like he’s doing the standard work that all Kmtyw are supposed to be doing. You may want to invite him here is he’s not addicted to “white” digital plantations.
