Any nation of people who chooses not to be fully invested in maintaining continuous modernization among themselves by mastering the fields of science, technology, engineering & weaponry is CHOOSING BY DEFAULT to be enslaved & targeted for genocide by other nations.

Any nation of people who chooses not to fully & properly govern themselves by establishing & maintaining their own modern & independent civilization & culture in the world is CHOOSING BY DEFAULT to be enslaved & targeted for genocide by other nations.
