“The African World has a problem, a very serious problem that effects the lives of every African Man, Woman and Child upon this Earth.
Our problem is not merely an individual problem, and therefore it cannot be solved on an individual level. Our problem is not merely a community problem, and therefore it cannot be solved on a community level. Our problem is not merely an organizational problem, and therefore it cannot be solved on an organizational level. Our problem is not merely a national problem, and therefore it cannot be solved on a national level.
Clearly, our problem is an international problem, and therefore it can only be solved on an international level. What is our problem? Our problem is that we are dying. African People all over the world are dying, slowly and systematically.
These deaths are not occurring as a result of any natural or accidental causes, but rather as a result of cold and calculated planning. Indeed, there is substantial evidence that shows that The African World is presently in the throes of a European-controlled worldwide genocidal process that is systematically killing us, and every possible mode of destruction is being used against us ranging from birth control to weather control to chemical and germ warfare.
Looking back at history, we find that African People have consistently been the victims of murder, rape, robbery, kidnapping, enslavement, exploitation, degradation, humiliation and desecration at the hands of The European World for thousands of years, and now the final death-blow is being delivered: GENOCIDE.” (pgs. 1-2)
